Small Business Technology Consulting
Technology Resource Connections (TRC) has developed a small business technology assistance program to guide small businesses in the effective use of technology. TRC will conduct a technology assessment by reviewing the business' technology usage and recommending ways to improve organization efficiency and customer presence. We will then aid in resolution for the following areas:
- Technology training assistance
- Technology tool recommendations
- Technology purchasing assistance
- Project Consulting
- Web site and database development assistance
Additionally, all employees are able to leverage TRC services provided to individuals.
Eligibility Requirements
This program is available for small businesses located in Jackson Ward or non-profit organizations located in the City of Richmond. These businesses/organizations must have less than 25 employees with no dedicated Information Technology employee.
Cost
Technology assessment is free. Cost for additional services will vary based on specific organization needs.
