Classes Schedule, Eligibility and Registration

Schedule

All classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Adult Career Development Center located at

119 W. Leigh Street

Note: The last day for registration is the first day of class. Payment is due at the time of registration. Payments can be made by cash or money order. Money orders should be made payable to RPS Adult Education.

Eligibility

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be a resident of Jackson Ward, RRHA Public Housing Communities, or participate in a partner organization.

Registration

Proof of program eligibility will be required at time of registration. Jackson Ward residents must provide a photo ID along with proof of residency. RRHA residents must provide a photo id along with a copy of their lease agreement.

Registration is available in person or by mail beginning 3 weeks prior to the start of class at the Adult Career Development Center (119 W. Leigh Street, Richmond VA 23220). Registrations without accompanying proof of program eligibility will be required to pay the full price of registration.

In Person:
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m.
** Exceptions include school holidays, inclement weather, etc.
